Summer is officially here, when the forecast is supposed to be near 100! Thought you might enjoy an easy to make treat to help you keep your cool.
Easy Fruit Sherbert16 oz pkg unsweetened frozen fruit (peaches, raspberries, strawberries, etc)
2 cups Silk Coconutmilk or Almond Milk-Original
2 Tbsps Maple Syrup
Put everything together into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a freezer safe container and freeze for several hours.
Makes about 8 servings, under 100 calories, each!
